DEAN J.
CARRAS - President
Dean Carras has spent more than 25 years in the insurance industry, focusing
on developing programs for specialized business segments. Early in his
career he foresaw how concentration on a market niche creates value for
policyholders—better coverage at lower prices. As a result, Dean expanded
his clientele to include more than 2,000 restaurants in three states.
Creation of Innovative Coverage Concepts was the logical next step in a
dynamic plan to extend his niche market vision and insurance expertise
throughout the United States. As someone who continually demonstrates
results and an unswerving integrity, Dean has earned the trust and
confidence of insurance carriers and brokers around the country.
PAUL GIUNTO - Executive Vice President
Paul Giunto's insurance career has involved major posts at large brokerage firms, including Johnson & Higgins, Marsh & McLennan, and Aon. A graduate of St. Vincent College, Paul earned his CPCU designation in 1977. He has been involved in high levels of responsibility for leadership of property/casualty and employee benefit operations and creation of specialized insurance programs. Paul has joined ICC's senior leadership team and will be involved in strategic growth initiatives, talent development, asset acquisitions and launching new programs/products.
PHILIP
LIEBERMAN, CPCU, CLU – Vice President
Phil Lieberman entered the insurance agency business in 1960 and spent the
next 30 years leading the agency in its growth from an initial staff of 5
employees to one with 65 people. He joined ICC at its inception and has
been involved in all aspects of the firm’s operations. Phil teaches
insurance and is the firm’s primary resource for contract analysis and
coverage issues.
JEFFREY
M. HALLMAN - Vice President/National Accounts
Jeff Hallman launched his career with a major insurance company more than 30
years ago. He specializes in large businesses with complex insurance
needs—including multiple locations and unusual exposures—and understands the
advanced techniques and special handling that such accounts demand.
LINDA S. MAHER, CPCU, CIC - Vice President/Program Manager
With over 25 years in the insurance business, much of it with specialized
insurance carriers, Linda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the
management of programs for ICC. As a technical specialist in the areas of
Workers’ Compensation and Package products, Linda has a multi-state
background, dealing in such diverse areas as forms, filings, pricing and
training. She is a resource in defining the appropriate coverage for
every situation.
LYN BRZOSTOWSKI –
Vice
President/Operations
Lyn’s 25+ years of experience in the
insurance industry uniquely combines IT and insurance capabilities. She has
worked extensively in both personal and commercial lines as an account
executive and manager. For five years, she was with an IT firm where she
played an integral role in the nationwide rollout of E-commerce business
solutions for a major insurance company. Her goal at ICC is to assure
maximum efficiency in our internal operations so that we can continue to
deliver outstanding service.
MARC FABRIZIO – Claims/Loss Control Manager
Marc’s background as a claims adjuster and claims manager provides ICC’s
brokers with a valuable resource. In his years with a large, well-regarded
Third Party Administrator, Marc developed an expertise in claims and
litigation management for all types of coverage areas, from Property to
Commercial Auto to Employment Practices Liability and, of course, General
Liability. He will manage ICC’s loss control activities as well as
problem-solve claims issues that arise. |
